Common questions

• My reading would not load. Refresh the page and answer the prompts again. If it still fails, email us the exact message you see and the browser you are on.
• I want my word back. Your reading is saved to you. Open MIRA again, or open the room in LUX, and your word returns.
• I want to export or delete what I gave you. You can export or delete everything in one tap, any time. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
• What is the room? The room is LUX, a deeper read of you at noctaracorp.com. MIRA can carry your word into it so it opens with the word you already earned.
